Orders

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
• Please ensure all order and delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
• Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Smock dresses are shipped via DPD Signed & Tracked.
• All other orders are shipped with Evri.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for courier delays once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

• We offer exchange only; refunds are not available.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Smock dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
